Support

The fastest way to reach us is inside the product. Open @heylustbot in Telegram and send /support; your message goes straight to the team, and the reply arrives in the same chat. Basic and VIP members get chat support and direct support respectively, but /support works for everyone, including people who have never paid.

You can also email [email protected]. Email is best for anything that needs attachments or that you would rather not type into Telegram. We answer in English.

Safety and abuse

If someone in a chat behaves badly, use the one-tap Report button during or right after the chat. Reports are counted per Telegram account; repeated reports trigger automatic suspensions and the most serious categories lead to permanent bans. Because a ban follows the account, the person cannot simply reconnect.

For anything urgent that the report button does not cover, for example content involving a minor or a threat to someone’s safety, email [email protected] with “URGENT” in the subject line. Remember that video and messages are never stored on our side, so include the approximate time of the chat.

Privacy requests

To see, change or delete what we hold about you, use /profile and /remove in the bot, or send a request through /support or by email. Our privacy policy lists exactly what is stored and for how long; most of it deletes itself within 72 hours.

Business, press and partnerships

Media questions, partnership proposals, security reports and legal notices go to [email protected]. Please describe who you are and what you need in the first message so it reaches the right person.

LustAI is an online-only service. A postal address for formal correspondence is available on request by email.

Official channels

These are the only places LustAI speaks from. We never ask for passwords, seed phrases or payment details by direct message.
