Terms of Service

1. The service

LustAI (“we”, “us”) provides an anonymous stranger-chat service that runs inside Telegram as the bot @heylustbot and its Telegram Mini App. It pairs you at random with another person for text, voice or video chat. By using the bot or the Mini App you agree to these terms and to Telegram’s own terms.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use LustAI. You confirm this on entry. Anyone who appears to be a minor is removed and reported through the report system; accounts reported for this reason are suspended and, on repeat, banned permanently.

3. Your conduct

You agree not to use LustAI to:

• share or request sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you or the other person are;
• harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk or impersonate anyone;
• record, screenshot or redistribute another person’s video, voice, photos or messages without their consent;
• send spam, advertising, scams, malware or links to them, or run bots or scripts against the service;
• show explicit content to people who have not asked for it, or evade the NSFW filter or a ban.

Reports from other users are counted per account. Enough distinct reports lead to automatic temporary suspensions; the most serious categories lead to permanent bans tied to your Telegram account.

4. Anonymity and disclosure

Strangers never see your name, username, phone number or photo unless you reveal them yourself, for example with the /link command or by typing them. Whatever you choose to reveal is your responsibility. We cannot take back a disclosure you made to another person.

5. Paid plans

Basic and VIP plans and single chat recoveries are one-time purchases for a fixed period. Nothing auto-renews. Payments are made through Telegram Stars, Stripe (cards) or supported crypto networks. Digital access starts immediately, so purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the service was not delivered. Prices are shown before you pay.

6. No warranty, limited liability

LustAI is provided as is. We do not control who you meet or what they say or show. Matching, video quality and availability depend on Telegram, your network and third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using LustAI at any time; the /clear command deletes the bot conversation from your Telegram chat. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service. Material changes to these terms are announced in the bot.
